Costumes for Robin and the Sherwood Hoodies We are beginning to think about costumes for our upcoming production of Robin and the Sherwood Hoodies . I have attached some costume images to give you an idea of the style of clothing each character might wear. Please note that these are not strict and can be interpreted in your own way - costumes do not need to look exactly the same. Costumes can be made at home or bought , depending on what is easiest for you. If you are unable to source a costume for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible and we can work together to find an alternative. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your support!  The Narrators, Grabbit, Bolt ,  Guy,  Gladys   - A tunic of any colour                               The Sherwood Hoodies (Merry Men) Robin Hood - Robin Hood costume    ...

What a fantastic second day we have had at Lincolnsfield! Today was our much-anticipated Children at War day. The children spent the day learning about what life was like for children living in Britain during the Second World War. The children were fully engaged throughout the day, asked some excellent questions and showed a real interest in understanding this important period of history. The children have continued to be a credit to the school throughout t...

Good evening all,  I am delighted to let you know that we arrived safely at Lincolnsfield and have had a fantastic first day! Since arriving, the children have thrown themselves into a variety of activities. We started with some team-building games. We then spent time exploring the woods, hunting for minibeasts and creating nature colour palettes using the wonderful range of colours we could find in the environment around us. The children have been brilliant throughout the day and have shown great enthusiasm, curiosity and teamwork. They are currently enjoying some well-earned downtime before we head off for dinner. This evening, we are all looking forward to our soft play session, which I suspect may use up some of the energy reserves the children seem to have in endless supply! Afterwards, we will be winding down with a movie night before heading to bed. Tomorrow is our exciting Children at War day, where the children will learn all about life in Britain during the Second Wo...
